About Veriorders
Cash on Delivery (COD) makes up the vast majority of e-commerce orders across many fast-growing markets, but it comes with a cost merchants absorb quietly: Return to Origin (RTO). Every order shipped to a buyer who never intended to receive it is a box paid for twice, with nothing to show for it.
Veriorders exists to close that gap by verifying a buyer's intent over WhatsApp before the logistics cost is incurred, and by recovering the ones that still go wrong through automated failed-delivery follow-up, rather than writing them off.
Built for COD, Not Bolted On
Most global SaaS tools treat COD as an edge case. We built Veriorders around it from the start: real courier integrations (starting with PostEx), a WhatsApp-first confirmation flow, and pricing that makes sense for a COD-heavy P&L, wherever your store operates.
Where We're Starting
Built for COD-heavy markets, starting with Pakistan, where COD is the default way most people shop online, and where the cost of an unverified order is felt most directly by the merchant. We're starting narrow on purpose: get this right for one market before expanding.
What We Believe
RTO isn't a cost of doing business. It's a solvable problem. Most orders that come back were never going to be delivered in the first place, and a short WhatsApp exchange before shipping is usually enough to tell the difference. We'd rather build one focused tool that does that well than a dozen half-built ones.
Our Mission
To make COD as reliable as prepaid.
