1. Service description
Veriorders provides automated WhatsApp-based order verification and logistics synchronization for e-commerce merchants.
2. Reliability commitment
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we are dependent on third-party APIs (Shopify, Meta, Courier APIs) and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service if those providers experience downtime.
3. Billing
Free ($0/mo), Growth ($19/mo), and Pro ($49/mo) are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. There are no refunds for partial months. Every plan, including Free, requires connecting your own courier API credentials and your own WhatsApp Business number. Veriorders does not hold or share either on your behalf. Meta's own message costs are billed directly to you by Meta, separately from your Veriorders subscription. A Pro subscription may be shared across up to 3 of your own Shopify stores via the multi-store linking feature.
4. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your store complies with local e-commerce laws and Meta's WhatsApp Commerce Policy. You must have the right to message the customers you pass to our API.
5. Liability
Veriorders is not liable for lost revenue, delayed shipments, or Meta account bans resulting from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
6. Third-party dependency
Changes to Shopify's API, Meta's API, or Courier APIs may require changes to our service. We will communicate these changes as early as possible.
7. API access
Growth and Pro plans may generate API keys to pull their own order data programmatically. This access is provided as-is, with no uptime SLA distinct from the main service, and no rate-limiting guarantees beyond basic abuse protection. You are responsible for keeping your own API keys secure and revoking any you no longer use.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, send spam, or violate Meta's commerce policies. You may cancel your account at any time.
