The Verification Flow
We intervene exactly when it matters: after checkout, before fulfillment.
Step 01
Checkout & WhatsApp Trigger
When a customer places a COD order on your Shopify store, Veriorders instantly sends a branded WhatsApp message to their number, asking them to confirm the purchase.
Hi Ahmad, thanks for your order #1042 at StoreName. Total: Rs 2,500 (COD).
Step 02
Auto-Tagging & Fulfillment
The moment the customer taps “Confirm”, Veriorders tags the order in Shopify as “Verified”. Your fulfillment team sees exactly which orders are safe to pack. We can even auto-book the courier (e.g. PostEx).

Step 03
NDR Recovery
If a delivery attempt fails, we step back in. We automatically message the customer to understand the issue (e.g. “Rider didn't call”, “Not at home”) and relay this back to you, preventing a full return.
Delivery Failed
We tried delivering your order today but couldn't reach you. When should we try again?
For repeat refusers
Turning risk into revenue
For customers with a history of refused deliveries, Veriorders automatically offers a prepaid discount you set in Settings (10% by default), turning a repeat risk into a converted sale instead of another failed delivery. (Growth & Pro)
What if the customer doesn't respond?
Nothing ships without a decision
Confirmed orders ship. A “No” reply cancels the order and tags it, so it's never auto-booked. If a customer never replies, you decide in Settings whether it's held for review or auto-cancelled. Orders flagged as high risk (Growth & Pro) go through an extra verification step before shipping.
