The Free plan covers up to 30 orders total (lifetime, not monthly). Past that, new orders are held until you upgrade to Growth or Pro. Nothing is cancelled automatically.

No. Veriorders never marks up WhatsApp messages. On Growth and Pro, message costs are billed directly to you by Meta at their standard conversation rates.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Shopify admin. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated by Shopify's Billing API.

Yes, on every plan including Free. Veriorders never holds or shares a WhatsApp number on your behalf. You connect your own WhatsApp Business API credentials in Settings, which usually takes around 15-30 minutes once your Meta account and WhatsApp number are ready. Free access itself is still reviewed before your orders start processing.

If a customer confirms, the order ships. If they reply "No", it's cancelled and tagged, and won't be auto-booked. If they don't respond at all, you choose in Settings whether unanswered orders are held for manual review or auto-cancelled. Nothing ships without a decision either way. Orders flagged as high risk (Growth/Pro) go through an additional verification step before shipping.

Veriorders automatically messages the customer on WhatsApp to ask when they'd like the courier to try again, offering a few concrete date options instead of an open-ended question. Once they pick one, the order is flagged for rescheduled delivery, no manual follow-up needed on your end unless they don't respond.

No. There's no setup fee on any plan, including Free.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin with no long-term commitment.

On Growth or Pro, create a free Meta Business Manager account, verify your business phone number for WhatsApp Business API access, then paste your phone number ID and access token into Veriorders' Settings page. Setup usually takes around 15-30 minutes once your Meta account and WhatsApp number are ready. See the full walkthrough on our Connect WhatsApp page.

From your Billing page, generate a single-use invite code (valid for 24 hours) and share it with another store's owner. They enter it on their own store's Billing page to link it to your Pro subscription, inheriting unlimited orders at no extra cost. You can link up to 2 other stores this way, 3 total including yours. If your Pro subscription ever lapses, linked stores fall back to no active plan until you resubscribe or they pick one of their own.
